AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” has the following purpose:
– reception, processing, storage and generation in the indicated form of messages about unauthorized entry or fire at the facility, which is under protection;
– display of messages on display devices (PC monitors) with the generation of appropriate sound signals;
– transmission of receipts on receipt of messages, remote programming commands and control of the components of the AMTS and other executive devices to the corresponding site devices;
– monitoring the serviceability of the communication channels, the information display interfaces, the internal MSO modules;
– maintaining a database of sites and events in the system and generating relevant reports according to requests.
Description
MSO «MISTO Security Platform» has been developed based on the latest programming languages C# and C++, on the .NET Core platform using the PostgreSQL data bases.
AMTS «MISTO Security Platform» can be divided into two general parts:
– Remote: Personal computer with RMS MISTO Security Platform installed and CMD network equipment (modems, routers, switches).
– Site: RSCD of Orion-T.3.2, Orion NOVA and Orion NOVA II series manufactured by Tirass-12 Ltd operating in various connectivity channels (GPRS, Ethernet, Wi-Fi), under remote exchange protocols “Most” and “NOVA”.
In all the listed RCD, an automatic transition between the primary and backup communication channels (GPRS – Ethernet) is provided.
The structural diagram of a centralized surveillance system based on the AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” with the maximum configuration shown in Figure 1.
AMST “MISTO Security Platform” can provide two-way exchange with 30,000 RCDs with an interval of test messages – 10 s.
AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” supports the simultaneous operation of up to 16 display/ warning devices (operators workstations, administrators).
AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” supports the reception and processing of messages that come via two communication channels, GPRS and Ethernet (Wi-Fi), and constantly monitors the operation status of each of them.
Maximum quantity of alarms available for processing and display to the operator – more than 1000 events/1s.
AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” monitors the proper operation of the interface of the display devices (operator AWPs) and sends a warning if a malfunction lasting 10 or more seconds has been detected.
AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” monitors the operation of the internal RSO and generates a warning if a failure is detected in its operation.
AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” operates in an intermediate buffer mode: received messages from the control panel are stored in independent memory (HDD drives), and then sent with a reception confirmation.
The declared capacity of the drive allows you to save events and data for a period of at least 3 years.
All AMTS “MISTO Security Platform” computers are synchronized with universal coordinated time.
